Enrollment Procedures
Children are not enrolled until all paperwork is complete and the registration fee is Paid. The enrollment packet contains the:
- Enrollment Information Form
- Acknowledgement Form
- Authorizations Form
- Copy of shot and physical record (Parent Provide)
Nutrition and Meal Services
Meals meet USDA nutritional guidelines. Meal service generally as follows:
